		There are some "Stomping Ground" listings at Harry Fox Agency's http://www.songfile.com, but they don't appear to be what you're looking for.
		Tried again with "stompin' ground", and there appears to be a band called that.
		Rory Gallagher has a track on one of his CDs, Blueprint, called Stompin' Ground; you could try and see if this is your song.
