 | | The first half of this album has got to be one of the most interesting, diverse, atmospheric, inventive and entertaining album halves I've ever come across, but the second half can only claim the "inventive" title of the first. |
 | | When I finished listening to this album for the first time, and I sat for a bit taking it all in, I realized very quickly why it was that so many (Even Eno, supposedly and surprisingly) have eagerly deemed this as their favorite Roxy album. |
 | | Sure, there's a level on which this album could be considered as boring as hell, and somebody coming to this from the 70's stuff might be mortified, but for the direction they took, this is about as good of a destination as they could have pulled off. |
