The crux of the issue is that the medical service was available in Ontario and the patient could buy it and have it administered.
To further complicate the issue, on July 29, 2006, The Globe and Mail reported that Cancer Care Ontario had sent a Proposal to the health minister advocating that Ontario cancer patients be permitted to pay for unfunded intravenous drugs.

Mona Farrell heard about the new crop circle very near her home in Wallacetown, Ontario and as she put it, "thought we'd go take a boo at it." This was the first crop circle Mona had ever visited.
Roughly a year ago she saw a strange group of lights in the sky and upon grabbing her binoculars saw 5 disc shaped UFOs "weaving" in and out of a formation.
The strange object in the picture appears to have an entirely symmetrical structure, with two "broom like" extentions on either end of a classic 'cigar' or cylinder shaped UFO body.

A meteor hit in the Yucatan Peninsula 65 million years ago is believed to have led to the extinction of the dinosaurs.
And scientists suspect that a massive meteor, the size of a small mountain, hit northern Ontario eons ago, leaving behind a bunch of strange-looking rocks, and dredging up enough copper and nickel to support a thriving mining industry.
Geologist Wilfried Meyer, who works for the Ontario Provincial Government, says reading rocks is helping scientists piece together whether or not such a meteor did hit Sudbury 1.8 billion years ago.
