		I guess his wife had seen the Conestoga band against Penncrest High School in a football game, and I was there and they found that I was filling in as a long term substitute teacher at Conestoga High School.
		I guess the chance to start from scratch, have the cooperation, the materials and the staff, and the great students here at Strath Haven, to build a program from scratch and to get to where we are now, I think that has been very, very gratifying.
