		The two murders appear to be the latest acts of violence in an ongoing Detroit rap war.
		Detroit police said that they were probing a potential link between Wipeout's murder and a feud between the East Side Chedda Boyz and the Street Lordz Chedda Boyz.

		August 11, 2005 - John Singleton's latest cinematic endeavor, Four Brothers, which is set in the gritty streets of Detroit, stays true to the city's musical roots, not only by lacing the soundtrack with nothing but Motown classics, but also by paying tribute to some of the D's fallen rap heroes.
		While not included on the official soundtrack to the film, the movie does contain musical tributes to deceased East Side Chedda Boyz executive producer/member Wipeout and Street Lordz artist Blade Icewood, who were murdered in the fall of 2004 and spring of 2005 respectively.
		"We really thought these artists, though cut down short in their lives, showed what's really going on in the streets of Detroit," says Mark "Doughboy" Hicks, the Detroit native who served as music consultant to music supervisor Paul Stewart.
