		Kearns said about 36 acres of the development is reserved for green space that includes a section of Mill Creek, three small lakes, a fountain near the gated entrance and 4.3 miles of interconnected walking trails.
		Another unique aspect of the development is that sidewalks are planned on only one side of the street, a variance from city regulations that require 5-foot sidewalks on both sides of the street.
