		Stylus Studio is a darned good example of such an IDE, and if you work extensively with XML you may find that it's just what you need to enhance your productivity immensely.
		Because Stylus Studio relies on Internet Explorer to parse the round-tripped HTML, they weren't getting back what I put in; IE was discarding the invalid parts of my original file.
		Overall, Stylus offers support for quite a wide range of XML standards, and it's been moving quickly over the past several versions to both keep up with changing XML standards and extend into new areas.

		However, with Stylus Studio I could readily determine the errors, see the contents of currently defined variables and attributes, step over or through XSLT code one instruction at a time, and even watch in an output pane as a specific command altered the output.
		Stylus Studio is reasonably priced, and it works well both as a standalone application for developing XSLT and in conjunction with other workflow products, including eXcelon's XML management system.
