Styx's "Come Sail Away" was parodied on an episode of South Park, and the character Eric Cartman, upon hearing the first few lyrics, cannot stand to do so unless he hears the rest of the song; he usually finishes it himself.
Styx was featured on an episode of Family Guy in which Dennis DeYoung calls in to a hotline to bash KISS, but with a British voice.

When the first 4 Styx albums were repackaged, their cover art was changed to the pastel art deco look covers some may be more familiar with.
