Chongqing City is right now just confusing, I'll revamp it later (add the specific districts and counties that it once governed -- most of which still exist, under the municipality, and the area and population stats of what it once was before the municipal merging).
And as for Chongqing City, I'm not that strong either way, but leaning toward separatism, just for the sake of historical value, like Commonwealth of the Philippines exists not because the preceeding culture and history differ from those of the Philippines, but the very name and administration differ.
