Sudachi (for those unfamiliar) are small citrus fruit that can best be described as being a cross between a lime and a lemon, achieved naturally, I might add, without so much as a hint of genetic modification.
The caped hero 'Sudachi Man' (a guy with a big fruit on his head) appears at all major local events and the product of apparent notoriety 'Sudachi Wine' is, frankly, awful.

Make sure that it contains "Sudachi", a small green citrus fruit that has a pungent lemon/lime with dash of orange flavor.
The combo of citrus items on most labels may read "Sudachi", "Daidai", and "Yuzu" if all are in the ingredients the taste will be exceptional.
Next time definitely look for something that lists sudachi or yuzu especially on the front label, you will be amazed at the taste difference.

Inside was smoked sablefish (fl cod) on top and bottom with the described vegetables in the middle, outside the package was a piece of sudachi which we were told to squeeze on the fish and vegetables.
The package could not have been baked too long as the fish was not even really warm (a good thing in my mind with smoked fish), but the flavours had melded somewhat.
The vegetables and mango inside were also all very good and the sudachi added a nice touch, not as strong a citrus taste as was expected, very good with the dish.

All in the citrus family, Sudachi smell like an orange.
Since there are only slight differences between Yuzu and Kabosu, even I cannot recognize the differences if I eat them with my eyes closed.

The great thing about this stance is that it allows flow between stances and maintains a high level of balance - which makes it so usefull....whilst changing directions of attack e.t.c.
For, it is usefull when facing more than one opponent - when youre facing just one - most people take the relaxed zenchu sudachi stance and face the opponent.
But again i still feel that the stance is actually more effective then initially appears.
