Smith returned to the WWF in 1994 as an audience member of the Hart family in a steel-cage match between Bret Hart and Owen Hart at Summerslam 1994.
Smith broke out on his own as "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith in 1990, feuding with various muscled midcarders such as the Warlord and the Barbarian.
Smith defeated D-Lo Brown for the WWF European Championship on WWE Smackdown on October 26, 1999.

 Summerslam_1990
Summerslam 1990 was full of main event matches, but only one was for the WWF Championship and that was Ultimate Warrior, who was the champion, defending his belt against "Ravishing" Rick Rude who's managed by Bobby "The Brain" Heenan.
Rude could have won the match and the title if he would've went out of the cage door as Heenan was holding it open for him, but he decided not to.
The start of the match, both men are on top of the steel cage.

Brutus was 30 yards in front of her and was to hold the boat back until the air caught the parasail and lifted the woman into the air.
Brutus was facing the boat and thought the woman had enough elevation to clear him but she did not and when Brutus turned around to see what was happening the woman flew into Brutus' face with her knees.

Hogan then went on to tag team with long time friend Brutus Beefcake to defeat Randy Savage& Zeus (the heel from the movie) at SummerSlam '89 on August 28th.
Hogan's feuds with the Horsemen, and the D.O.D. highlighted each show, but Hogan was definitely not as over like he was in the 80's, despite the show attracting a big audience and winning the ratings.

As an addendum, Hogan attempted to have his wrestling name permanently changed to "Hollywood" Hogan to circumvent the deal, but that does not appear to be working as well as he would like.
