The suncross is a symbol closely related to the Swastika or Sunwheel and appears often in Germanic and NorseReligion.
Just like the Sunwheel, the Suncross is a very old symbol that was used by many cultures, it has even been found on rock carvings from the Stone Age.
The Suncross represents the sun and the seasonal cycles of the year, on Midsummer the people rolled burning Suncrosses down hills, this was probably done to represent the sun's orbit in the sky.
I have also included those symbols because I want to give a complete image; I would be offering incomplete information if I would leave certain symbols out.

Back to Friends of the Suncross - it has one of the greatest vocal exclamations of all time.
By "vocal exclamation," I don't mean singing, but the practice in which a band member shouts some short phrase over the music, often to introduce a break and pump up the band.
