		Sunderland is a suburban village located northwest of Port Perry, south of Beaverton and SE of Orillia on Brock Road (Highway 7 and Highway 12) linking Whitby, Orillia and to Lindsay and Peterborough and another road to Zephyr and south of Oakwood.
		Sunderland is situated in an area that are made up of farmlands.
		Sunderland is located about 100 km NE of Toronto, about 50 km NW of Oshawa, about 20 km SE of Beaverton, SSE of Orillia and W of Lindsay.
