The only real way to to figure out where it was bottled (and by who) is to look at the two letter code on the bottom of the can or the neck of the bottle.
Southeast Atlantic is the big DPSU bottler in Florida, and they don't have Sunkist in that area.
It's pretty irrelevant as to who is bottling something, but it's about who has the franchise rights to that brand as to whether they can sell it in that area or not.
