		This is the highest individual honor that The Supreme Council bestows.
		During the Biennial Session of The Supreme Council, Sovereign Grand Inspectors General and Deputies nominate a small quota of members who are Knights Commander Court of Honour to receive the Thirty-third Degree.
		The nearest approach to that was the theory of the Cerneau Councils that they had at least coordinate jurisdiction over the First Three Degrees, but it hastened their demise earlier than the regular Supreme Councils alone and without Grand Lodge aid could have put them down.

Security Council to support changes in the part of the Military-Technical Agreement which refers to the 5-km-wide land security zone separating KFOR-controlled Kosovo-Metohija from Serbia proper.
		The proposal for making changes in the agreement was made because the ethnic Albanian terrorists are using the buffer zone, inhabited by a multiethnic population, to jeopardize security both within and outside this region.
		The Supreme Defence Council assessed positively the activities of the Serbian Interior Ministry and the Yugoslav Army in preventing further incursions of terrorist forces into the Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja municipalities.
