  Subzero Blue: Suspect Zero
The movie is about a mysterious serial killer, who belonged to a secret FBI program before he dropped out and started hunting down other serial killers, and one FBI agent who suspects there may be more to the vigilante than they imagine.
The name of the movie "Suspect Zero" is a reference to this theory that the main character in the movie has that a serial killer could go ahead and commit crimes all over the country without being identified or captured if he made sure not to follow a certain pattern in his murders.
The movie did feel like it had some loose ends and that it was being stretched a bit too thin, but overall it's a good movie, which I do recommend to fans of this genre.

SUSPECT (1987) is an involving film, but one that is peppered with actions that are either implausible or at least highly improbable.
In SUSPECT, a Washington DC judge commits suicide and his secretary is killed.
After complaining about not seeing a movie in a year and not being able to have a kid because she is too busy to date, Riley laments, "I spend all of my day with murders and rapists, and what's really crazy, I like them."

The movie looked like it was trying to be a cool, serial killer film with weird camera angles and the red, scratchy look the movie would take on during the remote viewing sequences.
Instead the movie didn't have a strong enough storyline to hold it together, and the remote viewing just made everything more confusing and frankly, annoying.

We don't know what it all means, but in the meantime, the bodies are piling up, Mackelway is haunted by his past, the boss keeps complaining that he's a loose cannon and a maverick, and of course it all ends with two men fighting each other next to a cliff.

Suspect Zero movie review, E. Elias Merhige, Aaron Eckhart, Ben Kingsley, Carrie-Anne Moss, Harry J. Lennix, Frank Collison, Kevin Chamberlin, Brady Coleman, Buddy Joe Hooker, Nicole DeHuff, Chloe Russell.
Elias Merhige (best known for the inspired silent-horror homage "Shadow of the Vampire") makes stylistic use of this psychic element to give the movie an unnerving and extra-cryptic edge, drawing out the suspense slowly, like the eerie back-and-forth bowing of a long sharp chord on a cello.
With Mirhige's cinematic resourcefulness (to create the shadowy, video-snow imagery of Mackelway's visions he uses old Fisher-Price Pixelvision cameras) "Suspect Zero" is enough of a departure from genre routine to keep thriller-savvy film watchers engaged.
