Susuwatari - These are little fl soot balls which work in the boiler room, helping to carry lumps of coal to the boiler.
She then takes the coal to the boiler and throws it in.
The other susuwatari, seeing her work, all decide to follow suit and drop all their lumps of coal on top of themselves!

In Totoro, the house the main characters move into is full of Susuwatari, which are rationalized as Makkuro Kurosuke (pitch-fl flie), an optical illusion caused by moving quickly from light into darkness.
Later, the family drives the Susuwatari out of the house, as the home that was once abandoned is now inhabited.
Sen is told that if these Susuwatari aren't given a job to do, they turn back into soot.

Just check under the Status menu in the Linksys modem to make sure that the connection is stated CONNECTED.
I think usually they won't accept this kind of report since you're able to connect to Streamyx albeit with a different modulation.
susuwatari : If your modem only able to get 288kbps upload max, there must be something wrong either with your internal house wiring or Telekom's wire into your house.

I like "Dust Bunnies"--in fact, that's how I sometimes explained Susuwatari to my less anime literate fans, before this book.
"Susuwatari" just means "balls of soot" (no fl).
