"Suzanne" is a song written by Canadian poet and musician Leonard Cohen, based on his poem "Suzanne Takes You Down".
Leonard Cohen specified, notably in a BBC interview, that the song was about encountering Suzanne Verdal, the wife of sculptor Armand Vaillancourt, in a Montréal setting.
Suzanne Verdal now lives in Venice Beach, California; she and Cohen have been in occasional contact.

It's not really known what exactly Suzanne was doing at the hospital but she seemed to be some kind of orderly or volunteer there; was this supposed to show us in the audience that she, like Jesus, could miraculously heal the sick?
Hard to sit through and almost impossible to follow "The Second Coming of Suzanne" puts you through the same kind torture that Suzanne is put through by Logan and the makers of the film.

As a twelve year old, stopping to appreciate the beauty and historical significance of Savannah to the South wasn’t particularly high on my priority list of fun things to do.
Then when the parade is over, i'll come home and cook a nice traditional dinner of corned beef, potatoes, and cabbage so it will be ready for my husband when he gets home from work.
