		Mikola Pasedzka, the “Region-vesti” editor-in-chief said that the editorial office had to publish only a TV program because the Svetlahorsk executive committee prohibited publishing of other informational materials in the “Region-vesti” to printing-houses.

		Despite that, "Region-Vesti" has recently changed the format: the newspaper has increased its volume and started to issue in two colors.
		For that reason the editors have renounced the services of publishing house in Svetlahorsk and signed the agreement with more modern enterprise "Tytul" in Rechycy, where they had time to issue only three issues of the edition.
