		Swadlincote is on the A511 between Burton upon Trent in Staffordshire and Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire.
		Swadlincote contains a large proportion of shops selling cards in relation to its size; this is often the subject of in-jokes amongst the residents.
		Although Swadlincote lies in the Midlands, the Brummie accent is not prevalent in the area.
