		Sword For Truth is a manga title turned into an anime OAV, but sticks very close to its manga (Japanese comic book) roots.
		This tale of swords, demons, and betrayal is presented on DVD from Manga with a decent presentation, but the animation is poor, the story less than compelling, and thankfully over in less than an hour.
		Sword For Truth fails in both these areas, and requires a different type of viewer than I to appreciate.

		All that's even worth mentioning about this are the extremely large number of severed body parts (though accompanied by a surprising lack of blood and gory artistic detail that might've sparked some interest among splatterfest fans), and the large volume of completely pointless sex.
		Overall, Sword for Truth is bad, both artistically and in plot, and unless you can't get enough of violence and ninjas, it's definitely in the must-avoid category.

		These ninjas know of Sakaki's power with a sword and his "Scythes of Death" crest he wears and have to summon undead spirits to assist them.
		I couldn't keep up with the body count-and the animators sometimes make a point with one highly detailed picture to show the defeat of some warriors, showing their severed heads, limbs, etc., instead of full blown animation.
