Tsing Yi (Chinese: 青衣), or Tsing Yi Island (Traditional Chinese: 青衣島) is an island of Hong Kong, to the northwest of Hong Kong Island.
Tsing Yi Island is a hilly island with Tsing Yi Peak in the south and Liu To Shan in the north east.
Tsing Tak Tong Tat-more Temple; the Bodhidharma temple in Tsing Yi Lutheran Village.

Kwai Tsing (Traditional Chinese: 葵青區, Jyutping: kwai4 cing1 keoi1, pinyin: kuí qīng qū) is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong.
Kwai Tsing District borders in the north and west with Tsuen Wan District, east with Sha Tin District, southeast with Sham Shui Po District and Yau Tsim Mong District (marine), south with Central and Western District (marine), and southwest with Islands District (marine).
Tsing Yi Station is also served by Airport Express, which is the last station before reaching the Airport.

 Tsing Ma Bridge
The Tsing Ma Bridge was designed to carry two three-lane carriageways on the upper deck and two railway tracks on the lower deck.
A derrick crane with a 200 tonne-capacity was positioned on the deck to assist with the lifting of the steel trusses.
The deck of the Tsing Ma bridge is pin-jointed to the reinforced concrete structure of the Ma Wan viaduct at one end and rests on a sliding joint which also acts as the expansion joint at the other end of Tsing Yi.

The opening of Tsing Ma Bridge on time in May 1997 re-established the reputation of Cleveland Bridge in long span bridge construction.
Tsing Ma Bridge carries twin three lane carriageways and two railtracks over the Ma Wan Channel in Hong Kong Harbour to connect the new international airport at Chep Lap Kok to the centre of Hong Kong.
From Tsing Ma Bridge the Cleveland Bridge team moved on to build the longest span bridge in China, the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge — at 1385m it is 8m greater than Tsing Ma.

The Tsing Ma Suspension Bridge will have a 1,377 metre main span (the world's second longest), and be 2,032 metres overall.
Erection of temporary footbridges, or catwalks, between the two towers of Tsing Ma Bridge is expected to be completed in June 1994, enabling spinning of the main cables to begin in July 1994.
The bridge deck, formed by 96 fabricated steel sections measuring some 40m wide by 7.3m deep, is supported at intervals of 18m throughout is length by suspenders connected to the main cables.
