		What I have found to be a problem with the TGA files is that when you go to save them it tries to save them in 16 bit color, not the 8 bit that the game likes.
		Being able to edit the TGA files is really handy, however the photoshoot also uses Bitmaps, so Paint can be used as well.
		I found that the palette is the key to ease of manipulating either the bmp or tga files.
