		Lopes suffered severe head injuries and died when she lost control of the vehicle she was driving in Honduras on 25 April 2002.
		Seven other people, including her brother and sister, were injured in the crash, which local police are blaming on high speed and poor road conditions.

		TLC, which was originally formed in 1991, aim to relaunch the group once a new member is found, hoping to emulate their early success which saw them win four Grammys.
