The 2006 model year TSX's powertrain is comprised of a 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine, a six-speed manual transmission (which features a magnesium casing, to reduce weight), and a front wheel drive layout.
On the intake side of the TSX engine, the diameter of both the throttle body and the intake duct were enlarged to increase induction flow rate from 95 liters per second to 110 liters per second.

But I think savvy BMW fans will point out the TSX is front-drive, not rear-wheel drive as BMWs are, and the TSX comes only with a four-cylinder engine, not a six, as the 3-Series cars have.
In addition, while rear styling on the TSX has some BMW similarity and is quite attractive, the front end of the TSX has the ho-hum Acura family styling that's not really as forceful as a BMW front end.
The TSX's torque of 166 lb.-ft. at 4,500 rpm isn't quite as much as the 175 at 3,500 rpm in the 325i.

The stock suspension on the TSX is one of the best around and IMO, it is slightly more refined than the non spec-b Legacy......BUT, the Legacy is All Wheel Drive with special 60%Rear, 40% Front bias.
As I said in the past, the TSX styling is better and the Acura will hold up better in terms of appearance and resale value but there is nothing wrong with Subaru.
The TSX as good as it is will never make your heart miss a beat or your knees wobble.
