TT scale was invented in the United States by Hal Joyce, a former automotive designer.
TT scale manufacturers were Rokal and Zeuke, which later became Berliner TT Bahn.
TT retains a comparatively small but growing popularity in the former DDR, Eastern Europe and in the United Kingdom.

Is the suplied hose from Blitz good for the gauge and the TT.
To hook the 1/4" tubing up to the Autometer gauge, I had to use a short segment of 3/8" tubing, a hose clamp, and a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter.
I had to do some searching for a shorter adapter then shown in the photos, since my boost gauge is mounted on the steering column I didn't have a lot of clearance between the back of the gauge pod and the stock gauge cluster bezel.

For the center 3 gauges, you have to remove 2 screws from the bottom (in red) and you will slide the gauges out to the right where the airbag was (in BIG red)
Prior to pulling the gauges out where the airbag was, you have to separate the plastic covering on the gauges from the actual gauges.
You only have to remove the screws on top (at least for the gauges I bought) and slide the new face on, and then put the screws back in.

This is to get a list of interested people for a LCD boost gauge with 0-60mph times, and 1/8th mile, and estimated 1/4th mile time.
Now the gauge has a switch that will take it from boost mode to timeslip mode (first two pics) but currently it is not housed in anything.
I am not looking to make a large profit on these gauges, it would be nice to cover my prototyping costs so far though (which are very small) and of course the cost of parts.

is the smallest gauge currently available for the layout designer, with a scale of 1:220, and 6.5mm between the rails.
It is a good choice for coffee table layouts, or layouts within layouts that are supposed to depict a model train.

If you removed the 2 gauges from the turbo cluster then why are you messing with a 996 surround.
I went with using the 996 surround and trimming the 986 glass to work with the extra gauges while my other set is getting a new piece of plastic to replace the broken one.
For the oil pressure gauge to work you need to replace the single wire Boxster oil pressure sender with a two wire 996 sender, and run an additional wire from the sender to the instrument cluster.

One of them is an example of a 4 axle articulated tram in TT scale, looking something like a modernized KT4D and resembling a short version of the low floor cars produced by Adtranz.

A TT Qualifying School, of sorts, is in effect whereby ALL TT participants are REQUIRED to play a MINIMUM OF TWO ROUNDS of golf with at least 2 other TT participants between March 1 and July 31 of the current year (though more rounds with more participants is encouraged).

Looking for something that has a realistic range, 0-30 or 40psi, only going to run around 22psi max so want a reasonable resolution on the gauge.
More importantly what install / POD option are available for the TT, I like the look of the vent mounts but dont want to loose the funtionality of the vents.
order a vent adapter from Steve at modshack and a SW gauge, all the pieces for less than a hundred bucks.

The Rokal line was manufactured to European standards for TT-Scale.
In general, TT is a size of model train which is smaller than H0 but is larger than N. There is a minor difference between “European” standards for TT and “American” standards for TT.
Both use a track gauge of 12mm, but the Europeans built their trains to a scale of 3mm = 1 Foot while the Americans built to 1/10th of a foot equals a foot in the real world.

 996 Gauge Cluster - RennTech.org Forums
With the style 996 cluster on an old style cluster Boxster everything will work as soon a you turn the key on except the oil pressure gauge, as you need a 996 sender unit and an extra wire from the sender to the cluster.
For the surround you machine the Boxster one for the additional 2 gauges, or you buy a surround and dash cap from a 996.
Yeah I understand that physically moving the gauge would not have the computer on the same page, but it might be enough of an indicator.....
