		Towers and buildings with masts on them (that are a hybrid) are in their own list.
		There is often crossover in term usage as some skyscraper use the tower term, some towers use the mast term, and ironically ' skyscraper ' has some word heritage from references to high sailboat masts.
		Self-supporting masts are covered as towers under the List of towers, and the borderline cases are mentioned separately (hybrid designs, under water, etc.) elsewhere on this page.

		This tower collapsed in 1973 and was replaced by an even taller structure equipped with strobe lights; for unknown reasons, migrants are "not attracted to the powerful white lights" of the new tower.

		The 1633 foot tall WPMI-TV (Channel 15) tower was hit by one of the many tornados spawned by Ivan causing the top 1100 feet to collapse.
		The goal is to remove the two top damaged sections and allow the tower to remain as vertical real estate.

		300 foot AM broadcast tower in a rather unique way, if you ask me. In an effort to save time (I guess) they tried to assemble the tower in (2) 150 foot sections using a crane.
		They got the first 150 feet up, and with the poor fellow on top of this "section", were trying the mount the top 150 feet with a crane when something caused the bottom "section" to buckle.
