 What Came First
Later developments in the formation of modern science led increasingly to examinations of the fine structures of life and matter; as an example the cellular nature of life was confirmed by the invented technology, the microscope.
Thus, for example, in explaining the formation and evolutionary development of living systems, in order to preserve reductionism, the idea of randomness was the only "driving force" which was allowed as an explanation.
Such speculations seem to deviate from reductive logic since when the process of universe formation is run backwards, as a thought experiment, logic requires that the universe is reduced to a dimensionless point.

Colorado's Taxpayer's Bill of Rights Should Not Be Breached
Colorado voters passed TABOR in 1992 to end the undisciplined spending and tax increases of the 1980s, which increased the effective state income tax rate by 15 percent and the gasoline tax by 214 percent.
TABOR protected the state budget from a structural deficit during the recession by requiring fiscal discipline, but Amendment 23 put education directly at odds with other vital state services like transportation and public health by mandating increases in education spending.
The true spirit of TABOR is to protect Colorado taxpayers from the freewheeling spending practices of elected officials and the growing burden that government places on their pocketbooks.

 Warwagons
Tabor was also used to discribe the defensive laagers built from the individual wagons.
Some of the later tabors were further modified with doors or a ramp on one side to allow the crews to disembark on the inner side of the laager.
This method eventually became the norm for a defensive tabor formation but as it required greater effort and time to construct meant the tabors could form an in line defense using the mantlets and chains to cover the larger gaps.

 La Musgaña
Pipe and tabor is a bit more esoteric, best known for its use in southern France and in the Basque areas of the French-Spanish border.
The rhythms that have been preserved in Spanish flute and tabor music are entirely different from those common on other instruments, partly because of the instrument's associations with esoteric religions early in its history; in blending with other Spanish musics, the melodies became thoroughly Spanish, but the rhythms remained oriental in flavor.
At the time of its formation in 1986, the group consisted of José Mari Climent, a fiddler turned bagpipe player, Rafa Martín, who played fretted strings like laud and bandurria before he became a hurdy-gurdy man, and Quique, whose original instrument was the Appalachian dulcimer.

Method of in situ oil extraction using hot solvent vapor injection (US4362213)
Heavy oil or bitumen is extracted and removed from underground oil bearing formations having low permeability such as tar sands by injection of hot hydrocarbon solvent vapor into a single well hole at a pressure not substantially exceeding the pressure in the formation to effectively heat and extract the bitumen.
The hot solvent vapor condenses in the formation and drains along with recovered oil through lower perforations back into the bottom end of the inner pipe, from which the product oil and solvent mixture is pumped to above ground.
As more bitumen is dissolved and removed from the formation, the injection and drainage perforations in the casing are spread further apart vertically so as to cause the solvent to penetrate the formation more effectively and dissolve bitumen further away from the bore hole.
