Having only tried tabouli at our Armenian restaurant, this was definitely NOT what I expected, having no tomatoes or onions and a minimal amount of parsley.

This is not the most tradtional tabouli (tomato juice, extra veggies, no parsley) but I really like it.
Anyhow just mix all these things in a big bowl and let them sit in the refrigerator until the bulghur is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Another hint:when replacing it in the fridge after serving some, scrape down the sides of the bowl and flatten the surface of the remaining tabouli.

The most important trick to tabouli is to rinse the parsley a minimum of 3 times through a strainer and to chop all the ingredients with a knife.
