Since only Tagkawayan clients had received the education, a larger number (57) were randomly selected from this branch to allow for a more valid comparison to the no-education branches. Step 3: Conducting the Interviews Over a three-day period, technical officers interviewed the randomly selected clients either before or after the regularly scheduled Center meeting.
First, the results from Tagkawayan and the four branches without education were compared to identify large differences between the two groups. (These were only informal comparisons and statistical tests for differences were actually done after the training workshop).
Since clients in Tagkawayan have already received education in these topic areas, a target benchmark might be to either somewhat increase or, at least, maintain these levels of “correct” responses.
