THE Minardi team has confirmed that it has signed a deal with Japanese driver Takachiho Inoue for the 1996 season.
Inoue will partner Portugal's Pedro Lamy, while Argentine driver Esteban Tuero will be the team's test driver.
The announcement of Inoue means that Fisichella and Luca Badoer are in trouble finding an F1 drive.

Japanese driver Takachiho Inoue has joined Minardi for the 1996 season, the Italian Formula One team have announced.
Inoue, who will move from the Footwork team, would make his debut on February 14 at Estoril in Portugal when Minardi unveil their new car.
Inoue will partner Portugal's Pedro Lamy, who signed with Minardi for a further season last month.

I would not go so far as to say that he is the worst by far because there have been some appallingly bad drivers like Taki Inoue that need to be considered carefully.
Maybe Yoong and Inoue could call Paul Stoddart and buy a seat at minardi and fight it out for the honours (no disrespect to Minardi - there great fighters)
He was a terrible driver who's money propelled him into F1, and even into F3000, but he was not nearly as bad as Inoue.
