  Talbot Trail ATV club
Talbot Trail ATV Club is currently working with various land owners in developing other new sanctioned trails in our surrounding area.
The long term goal is to develop and maintain a trail network system that will provide a safe, legal area for all OFATV club members to ride on, providing positive economical impact to our communities that we live in.
TTATV Club has several different locations of trails that offer beginners, intermediate and advance trails, however they are not connected together as of yet, hence the business plan.

In January 2005, Talbot Trail ATV Club Inc. formed, to meet the needs of the local ATV enthusiast that live and work in the Southwestern Ontario region.

The building of the route of almost 300 miles (500 kilometres) in length was overseen by Colonel Thomas Talbot.
It was originally a corduroy road which eventually became Ontario highway 3.

 Day trip down the original Talbot Road
In September 1804, Thomas Talbot and others, all from Long Point or Port Talbot, were given £250 to spend on a road starting from near the native village on the Grand River (now Brantford), passing through Sayles Mills (now Waterford) and linking up with an old aboriginal trail through the townships along Lake Erie.
It has always been the Talbot Road and was surveyed by Mahlon Burwell as his first job after his appointment as Deputy Surveyor in 1809.
The land to the left and right of Talbot Hill was part of the farm of the first settler, Daniel Rapelje.

Talbot Islands State Park is just to the south of Amelia Island.

Talbot was faced with the problem of settling immigrants in spite of the difficulty caused by these large tracts of forests which blocked communication and hindered travel.
Talbot was to receive two hundred acres for each of the settlers he located on his original grant.
Talbot, however, settled the immigrants on land in Aldborough and Dunwich Townships, as well as taking his 200 acres in those townships.

The Trail extends from the Town of Lockport in Niagara County to Palmyra in Wayne County, passing through the Town of Royalton in Niagara County, and Albion, Gaines, Murray, and Ridgeway in Orleans County.
The Bruce Trail is one of the most popular trails in North America stretching 773 kilometres (480 miles) from Queenston Heights in the south to Tobermory at the northern end of the Bruce Peninsula.
Much of the trail is built upon an abandoned rail line, and is relatively level and smooth and in summer is used by walkers, hikers, cyclists and rollerbladers, and in winter by hikers and cross-country skiers.

The trail will remain closed for approximately three weeks while park staff and Tallahassee AmeriCorps members remove the boat and clean up debris scattered along the beach.

The state andquot;looney-binandquot; trails in Westboro are ok...it's a few-mile long loop, the other section is for bird watchers and is kinda hike-a-bike (and supposed to be closed to bikes as was mentioned).
FYI there are about 3 miles of new trails on the Northboro side of Mt. Pisgah, combine those with the Northboro Conservation and Berlin Conservation land trails and there's some good riding there.
Another trail is being planned, which I talked over with N.T.C., and I may have time this fall to work on it with other guys I bike with.

The marsh and knoll trail start at the bottom of hill from the parking area.
The vireo and other mixed flock was being seen to the west or right when you get to the bottom of the hill, there is a trail offshooting just before the bridge over the creek, goes to the northwest, when get to some low wet areas check the brush there.
