This Dark Jedi would continue to pervert Sith culture until his lineage is joined by hundreds of fallen Jedi during the Great Schism, which concludes in the total subjugation of the Sith species.
Among the many Jedi literature and traditions of this period is the prophecy of the one who will bring 'balance to the Force' and heal the schism.

In between are the innocents through which we view these events, a scholarly Jedi called to arms and a pair of young space navigators, brother and sister who through their explorations inadvertently open the hyperspace route across which the Sith reach to shake the foundations of the newly emergent Republic.
The Jedi scholar is the narrative frame, the brother-sister navigators the point-of-view characters and the vector of conflict, the Republic Queen and the Sith Lord wrestling opponents wearing good-guy / bad-guy personas.

A: Unlike the crystals mentioned in Jedi Counseling 63, which are added on in the form of modifications after the lightsaber is already built, the different Adegan crystals are used as the lightsaber crystal you imbue with the Force during construction (see page 175 of the revised Star Wars Roleplaying Game book for details).
While the Jedi prefer natural crystals, only found in a few places such as the Adegan system or on Ilum, the Sith usually use synthetic crystals in their lightsabers.

One of the most innovative series of Star Wars comics published by Dark Horse was the Tales of the Jedi series.
Beginning in 1993, Tales of the Jedi focuses on Ulic Qel-Droma and Nomi Sunrider, two young novices training to become Jedi warriors.
Ulic's story was originally previewed in fl-and-white in the Dark Horse Insider, while Nomi's tale was first seen in the pages of the Dark Horse Comics anthology title.
