The last issue of Pavic Tales was published in Spring 1989 while the first issue of Tales of the Reaching Moon debuted in Summer 1989.
The layout and content of Tales of the Reaching Moon improved after issue one, and shortly it became an international magazine.
The later issues of Tales of the Reaching Moon are of very high quality.

The history of the Wolf Pirates was published in Tales of the Reaching Moon #10.
The too slope slightly from a higher south coast to a lower north coast, but in their case the north coast is open to the inbridled waves coming in from the Solkathi Sea.
Along their south coasts there are a few anchorages, a few with beaches reachable by boat and with trails up the cliffs.

However, the fanzines Tales of the Reaching Moon and Tradetalk (and perhaps some shorter lived ones) have issues concentrating on various parts of Glorantha.
I remember some articles on Lunar Festivals in Tales of the Reaching Moon that were just Hindi festivals in Lunar disguise.
We used some of it in Tales of the Reaching Moon issues 14and15 (the two Praxian Specials), and I *think* Rick Meints may have permission to include more of it in the forthcoming Borderlands and Plunder reprint.
