 Solomons Ring
So I asked Abe what his name was, he said, "King Solomon, the wise and wonderful at your service!" Abe has a wonderful sense of humor, and I chalked up that statement to an attempt at being funny.
The only thing I really knew about King Solomon, was the story in the bible about how he was going to cut the baby in half, to find out who the true mother was.
She had dug up some things on the internet about King Solomon.

Thereupon the golden dove flew over the Holy Ark and brought out a tiny scroll of the Torah and placed it in King Solomon's lap, in accordance with the commandment of the Torah that the Torah shall always be with the king and should guide him in his reign over the Jewish People.

By 1967, King had also become the country's most prominent opponent of the Vietnam War, and a staunch critic of overall U.S. foreign policy, which he deemed militaristic.

 Rehoboam’s Counselors
“King Rehoboam consulted with the old men, that stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived, and said, How do you advise that I may answer this people?
Before we examine the advice the young men gave king Rehoboam, it is in order to talk about the age of these men.
When Jereboam and the Israelite people came to Rehoboam the third day, the king answered the people roughly, and forsook the old men’s counsel that they had given him and spoke unto them as the young men had advised (1 Kings 12:12-14).

Sukkoth - Almaty - "Mitsva" Association of Kazakhstan
In one of his novels Igor Guberman pointed out that Jews grown up in Israel can easily talk about king David, king Solomon, as if they knew them in person.
Thus, the philosophical meaning of Sukkoth is to gather all them together, to make them feel that all Jews are united and responsible for each other.
They say on Sukkoth seven righteous men go down from heaven to visit us, they are Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, and David.

Messianism in the Pseudepigrapha and Book of Mormon
The emphasis is on God as the one who will accomplish the messianic goals is in line with the major thrust of the Psalms of Solomon and is found in many earlier Psalms.
James H. Charlesworth, the Dean of scholars concerned with the Pseudepigrapha gave a talk at the BYU Religious Studies Symposium in March 10-11, 1978, which essay was included by Truman G. Madsen, ed., in the book "Reflections on Mormonism: Judeo-Christian Parallels," which ought to be better known.
We even read that the Lord God himself is the King and the Lord of "the Messiah." The end of the Psalm clarifies that the Messiah is God's agent.

 Hour.ca - Film - Primer
As much as Primer is about the science (at least, the look and feel of it), the jargon-filled dialogue is substantial and stylistic, tying King Solomon knots into every interpersonal exchange that happens in the washed-out, blue-and-gold suburbscape of Carruth's Dallas shooting ground.
I love it when a small movie gets noticed and people talk about it.
The puzzles in Primer are atmospheric to the extreme, as they overlap, double back and careen off in various directions; they function doubly as brain-teasers and incitements for people to pay for multiple viewings, all the better, to decode Carruth's hectic speculations.

cannabisnews.com: Rastafarians Gather in Jamaica for Summit
Rastafarian theology quite explicitly identifies the origin of the religion in the union of King Solomon of Judea and the Queen of Sheba.
Hundreds of dreadlocked Rastafarians gathered in Jamaica's capital Wednesday to talk about the future of their faith, including how more followers can be repatriated to Africa and how to convince governments to allow marijuana use.
Rastas occupy a cultural and religious position in Jamaica that is similar to what Jews occupied in Europe, in that they very deeply observe the Old Testament but don't accept the New Testament.

 Kohelet
We might then translate Kohelet "Mr Talky-talk" or something of the sort, and this would, I think, shed light on the character of the book, as being essentially chatter, albeit of a thought-provoking kind, from which you may take or leave what you wish.
Wearing this hat one ascertains that the book was composed by King Solomon who has Kohelet among his many pen-names.
The medieval commentators claimed that Kohelet was so called because he was assembling assemblies and speaking publicly in them, and the essence of this continues to find wide acceptance.

 Ethiopia Christians Celebrate Near Ark
Historians agree Ethiopia was converted to Christianity around A.D. The rest of the story is dismissed as propaganda dreamed up in the 12th century to support a new line of Ethiopian kings who hoped to gain legitimacy by tracing their roots to King Solomon.
Some priests in Axum said they have seen the ark but were not supposed to talk about it.
Fueled by faith, thousands flocked to churches in Axum and throughout Ethiopia on Friday for Timkat, an Ethiopian celebration of the baptism of Jesus Christ.
