you could say that the talking mudcrab is like a smith with no repair and creeper is your typical pawnbroker
Also try the trader in solestriem(sp?) but he isn't as good as the talking mud crab or creeper as he doesn't give you the absolute full price on your items...
The mudcrab has twice the money as the creeper and he accepts pretty much everything the creeper takes.

You will have a good fight and someone may see you.
If the scamp runs out of money, just rest for 24 hours and his money will return.
Get on a counter, aim down at what you want to grab, jump into the air, and at the height of the jump press A. If done correctly, you will grab the item without getting a bounty.

The Talking Mudcrab (located HERE) has 10,000 and will also pay full price.
Unfortunately the mudcrab won't buy soul gems, so your best bet is Creeper.
You will have to use the Buy-Back method described in the FAQ sticky at the top of the page to sell the soulgem.
