Remember, the current tallest building in Mumbai is 156 mts; so that means, the diff is only 24 mts.
So, the building should be able to top 200 mts + spire, but it all depends on how height is calculated by Indian standards.
This is grotesque, and btw what quality of buildings are they gonna be, if they are using cheap labor for construction.
