		Tammy Nagalingam of Blackheath stumped up Pounds 20,000 of her own savings to stand, and collected 320 nomination signatures by knocking on doors across London.
		If elected she would spend half her Pounds 110,000 salary on teaching the public not to drop litter or harm the environment-Dr Nagalingam was the last of 10 hopefuls to declare her candidacy as nominations closed last night.
		Dr Nagalingam qualified as a doctor in Sri Lanka before coming to Britain and working as an NHS hospital doctor.
