  Tamsin Greig Biography
Actress Tamsin Greig's longest standing role is as Debbie Aldridge (née Travers-Macy, formerly Gerrard) in Radio 4's The Archers, whom she started playing in 1991.
Tamsin is married to actor Richard Leaf, and they have three children according to the BBC's Love Soup website, however an article in The Radio Times in September 2005 refers only to 'one ten-month-old baby'.
Tamsin met her husband at the wrap party of the science fiction drama, Neverwhere, written by Lenny Henry.

She has a long-running part as Debbie Aldridge in the BBC radio soap opera The Archers but is probably best known for two Channel 4 television comedy parts: Fran Katzenjammer in Black Books and Dr. Caroline Todd in Green Wing.
Greig also guest starred in three episodes of the radio version of Absolute Power.
In April 2006 she is playing Beatrice in Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing as part of the Royal Shakespeare Company's The Complete Works project.

Tamsin Greig plays surgical registrar Dr. Caroline Todd, a newcomer to the hospital.
Green Wing was nominated for three Bafta awards in 2004 (the April 2005 ceremony): Tamsin Greig for best comedy performance (Matt Lucas and David Walliams of Little Britain won); best situation comedy (Black Books, also starring Tamsin Greig, won); and the audience award, voted for by viewers, which it won.
A second series of Green Wing is due to be screened around April 2006, along with the release of a DVD of series one.
