 Welcome to Summerland
The province of Tartous is full of historical sites dating from the Phoenicians to the middle ages, and there are many outstanding castles dating to the times of the crusaders as the area was the last place from which the crusaders left the region in the 13th century.
Next to the coastline of Tartous lies the beautiful island of Arwad, which is the only inhabited island on the Syrian coastline and is a very important tourist attraction.
Finally, it remains to be said that besides the rich history and natural beauty of the area, the project is strategically positioned to be the closest beach resort to all major Syrian cities and within close relative proximity to neighboring countries such as Cyprus, Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan and Iraq.
