Tat Kun Tao is a Filipino Kuntao style which was developed by a Chinese in Cebu City who had previously studied Five Ancestors Kung Fu and Balintawak.
He designed Tat Kun Tao to be an empty-handed version of Balintawak.
When the founder became older his system became softer and he changed the name to Gokusa.

I do not consider myself to be a knowledge expert in Kun Tao or martial arts in general, but I am learning, and as with anything; obtaining knowledge in anything is a life long process.
Kun Tao does get deep and I could see where it can be considered to be mystical.
Kun Tao, due to its simplicity, already looks fake in its technique until the techniques are felt.

Tat Kun tao was developed by Joe Go, I think he may have also gone by Joseph Milan, one of the early students of Balintawak Grandmaster Bacon.
Most people consider Gokosha and Tat kun tao to be two very distinct and diffrent arts, though in his latter years he focused alot more on Gokosha.
Though he says he has no authority to speak of Kun-tao(spelled Tao) he also states that Kun-taw was practiced by muslim royalty.
