Tattenhoe Park is one of the last remaining neighbourhood areas to be developed under the original plans for Milton Keynes.
The proposals for Tattenhoe Park are separate from the MK2031 options for the future growth of the city that were recently the subject of public consultation.
An innovative feature of the proposals for Tattenhoe Park is the requirement that up to 30% of all dwellings across the site be designed as 'super-flexible homes' to allow for easy extension or adaptation over time.
