Tattnall County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia.
In the county the population was spread out with 22.90% under the age of 18, 11.20% from 18 to 24, 34.60% from 25 to 44, 20.00% from 45 to 64, and 11.20% who were 65 years of age or older.
The median income for a household in the county was $28,664, and the median income for a family was $35,951.

The most recent change to the boundaries of Tattnall County was on August 11, 1914, when the northeast sector of Tattnall County was joined with part of Bulloch County to create Evans County.

Marion Tootle Blankinship, 88, a Tattnall County native and a long-time Reidsville resident, died Tuesday, June 26, 2001, at The Hospice Atlanta Center in Atlanta, Georgia, following a two-year battle with cancer.
She was a member of the Old Shiloh Cemetery Association; the Reidsville Grand Rascalettes; and a past member of the Tattnall County Historical Society.
The Tattnall County native was a member of Glennville First Baptist Church, and was a child care provider for 20 years.
