Hello...I was born in Montclair, and raised in Northfield and Basking Ridge...Grew up with Taylor Ham for Sunday morning breakfast.
A few years ago some NJ friends brought me Taylor Pork Roll, but that is NOT the same as the Ham.
The Taylor ham that I remember was the size of commercial Bologna (5 to 6 inches in diameter) and "orangish-red" in color, not "greyish" as was the sausage.
