		Sometime between the date of the second recording and 1976 Don Felipe was killed by a neighbor in Tecoh with a shotgun.
		The neighbor was pardoned, so the story goes, because what he thought he was shooting was a cat which was prowling about on his kitchen’s roof in the evening.
