		Telluride [1] is a town in San Miguel County in southwestern Colorado on the San Miguel River on the west side of the San Juan Mountains.
		Telluride was the inspiration for Galt's Gulch in Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.
		The town of Telluride is situated at an altitude of 8,750 feet.
