Telly, with all his insecurity and constant neurotic nature, has always been one of my favorite characters on "Sesame Street." I find his ridiculous exchanges with Oscar to be nothing less than hilarious, akin to the great Ernie and Bert skits of days past.
Telly was rather desperately trying to turn the conversation towards the letter "R" but the child wanted to talk about an evident bruise on his middle finger.
Telly was the one he was speaking to and carrying on a conversation with, Telly was the only one that mattered to him.
