  The Swordmaster Chapter Fifty
Tenryuu lowered his head and charged his opponent with arms extended, but this time it was his opponent who lunged first with a low knee-level slash which forced the Niten Master to parry, falling backwards and giving Koshin a momentary pause.
If he was going to beat Tenryuu, then he would have to do the very thing that had cost him the duel twenty five years ago.
Tenryuu's swords had stabbed through Koshin's hip and slashed his left shoulder almost to the bone, while Ukigumo had torn through the Mirumoto's torso under his arm, and Keiteki into his collar along the right side.

 The Swordmaster Chapter Fifty
Tenryuu's presence was as ancient and indomitable as the place that he had come to meditate; a pillar of silence against the growing rumbling of the nearby mountain stones.
"Tenryuu is an old friend of your sensei," Nikkan said, drawing the boy's attention, "but many things have happened, that Koshin could not have known." The monk's warm voice immediately drew the boy to him, and as he settled down on one of the stone benches, the Mirumoto adjusted his battered hat.
Tenryuu had started the road of the swordmaster; had awakened Koshin to the answers that he truly wished to find.

Unlike Tenryuu, he is more obvious and a bit shameless about it.
And all the while, Shino and Tenryuu are circling one another and cautiously spiraling to a relationship.
The story itself is fun to read, or look at, as the case may be, and the jokes are pretty funny.

Tenyruu Koizumi, the man cast as the seme in the drama CD decides to do something about it and blows air softly into Shino's ear to "get him into the mood of the scene." Of course all this does it fluster the hell out of Shino, but it's cute.
Shino and Tenryuu become friends as the story progresses and they do more yaoi drama CDs together.
Tenryuu starts making advances on Shino, who is totally clueless about these kinds of things.

Tenryuu and Shino are characters from the Yaoi manga, Sakende Yaruze, by Satosumi Takaguchi.
Even though the pairing is a canon one, this list is open for anyone who prefers to think that the two are just friends.
The manga is all about Hisae Shino, a 33-year-old seiyuu, his struggles with his career (his sudden shift from the general genre to yaoi, that is), his relationship with his son, Nakaya, and last but not least, his relationship with Koizumi Tenryuu, his partner for most of their yaoi voice actings.

Love Tenryuu's gentle mussing of an unconscious Shino, and Shino making a never before heard sound just for him.
I like the way you've got Tenryuu settling on what approach to take; it explains quite a lot of his leashed patience in the story.
Nice Tenryuu POV - I love his unconvincing denial, and the way he sees Shino.

TWAS 490: Tsukiko Amano, Nanase Aikawa
Tenryuu means "heaven's dragon", and the kanji for ten/"heaven" is the same one that, pronounced as "ama", begins Tsukiko's surname.
Tsukiko's fourth album, returning to the titling gimmick of her debut (Sharon Stones, although that one could almost pass for an Irish reference, not that an Irish reference would be any less inexplicable) is a b-sides collection.
And "Kyodai Kemono" ("Enormous Beast") is rousing and symphonic, a Sharon Stones-era track that nicely foreshadows Tenryuu, so maybe there's actually a bigger plan behind all of this, after all.

If those statistics are right, then doing a punch or knee (Kensou) before Kensou's pseudo would add even more damage.
thinking of Kensou doing a simple pseudo-command-throw, combined with the 3 hit-air-attack (I think I'll still to calling it that as opposed to the Ryuu Renga Tenryuu), doesn't strike me as doing more damage than Ralf pulling off a punch-grab.
I'll have to check it for myself to actually believe those statistics.
