Tenywa Bonseu (born October 28, 1976 in Kampala, Uganda) is a Ugandan soccer player, who currently plays defense for the Rochester Rhinos of the USL First Division.
Scheduled to start at center back for the Metros, Bonseu was beaten out by rookie Jeff Parke and then moved to right back later in the year.
Bonseu also plays for the Uganda national team, which he has represented 19 times.

He didn't seem to think he needed to cover Edson Buddle on the through ball from Paule, apparently because he saw that Frankie Hejduk was offside near the touch line from his earlier run.
I don't have a clue as to what Bonseu was pointing to before the play even began.

Basically, there is a race to see which teams can get their foreign players cards the soonest, especially in the case of teams with allocations but no room for Senior Internationals.
Chicago, for example, was hoping to receive Bonseu as an allocation to replace Ante Razov, but cannot do so unless one of their Senior players (Peter Nowak, Hristo Stoitchkov, Sergi Daniv) can receive a Green Card before the Feb. 5 draft day.
