Teófilo Cubillas (born March 8, 1949 near Puente Piedra, Lima, Peru) was a Peruvian football player.
Cubillas returned to his old team Alianza, and in 1979 he signed with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers.
Cubillas currently resides in Coral Springs, Florida, where he owns a youth soccer camp.

I have 15 minute recap of the 1978 WC Peru-Scotland game and the 1969 Argentina-Peru WCQ and Cubillas was definitely a mid on both so I don't think it'd be any different in 1975
